If you have interacted with Nexus — placed an order, created an account, or subscribed to our email list — you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
How to request deletion
Email hello@nexusenginestore.com with the subject line Data deletion request, sent from (or naming) the email address you used with us. If your request relates to an order, include the order number so we can find it.
What happens next
We confirm your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
What we delete
Your contact details, any account information, your marketing preferences, and any support correspondence you have had with us.
What we may need to keep
Where the law requires it, we may retain a limited record of a completed transaction — for example tax and accounting records. If any part of your request is affected by this, we will tell you exactly what we are keeping and why.
If you used Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove our access directly from your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. To have data deleted as well, send us the request above.
