Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Most items are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. Standard delivery is typically 7-15 business days from dispatch, in addition to processing time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather and peak periods. We will always tell you what we know about your order if you ask.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information can take 2-5 business days to begin updating after dispatch — this is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $70.00 or more. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We offer a single shipping speed, so the delivery estimate above is the one you get — we would rather quote one honest window than sell a faster one we cannot deliver.

DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email hello@nexusenginestore.com with your order number and we will investigate and either replace it or refund you in full.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund minus shipping costs.
